We invited some of our clients along to a unique Diversity Travel Trip to Munich, courtesy of Lufthansa, last week; here’s the lowdown on what happened.
The Lufthansa Discovery event allowed our clients to see and experience first hand the products and services Germany’s flag-carrying airline has to offer, at the same time as ticking another destination off that bucket list!
Our action-packed itinerary began bright and early with the group flying from Heathrow into Munich airport, where they were given a private tour of Terminal 2 and the brand new satellite building and also experienced the airport’s Business Lounge.
After arriving into the city, the group enjoyed lunch at a Bavarian restaurant before being whisked away on a guided tour of Munich, by which point the rain had cleared up, thankfully!
The tour guide lead them around some of the top tourist sites in the centre, including the cathedral, several churches, the New Town Hall and the Viktualienmarkt, a famous daily food market.
After an enjoyable whistle-stop tour of one of Europe’s great cities, the group headed back to London that evening.
We received some great feedback from those who attended and we’re excited to start planning our next trip.
