The Wrongolians have already passed through France, Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey and Georgia. They are now heading back to Kazakhstan, powering on to the Russian border with the intention of getting to Mongolia. So far our intrepid explorers have survived breakdowns, the elements and countless packets of instant noodles. The Wrongolians have traversed mountain ranges, forested dirt roads and challenging desert terrain as Dom explains:
“Three days of desert driving put the cars through their paces, but with only a couple of breakdowns we stuttered on to Aktobe. From here we went back down through the desert and over the border to Bishkek in Kyrgyzstan.”

Amazingly the trusty Renault Clio has held together and proven itself a noble steed, despite being loaded up with 4 travellers and their provisions, tools and supplies. Perhaps it’s the Diversity Travel sponsor stickers? Regardless, our adventurers have been lucky enough to pass through some of the worlds most stunning and untouched landscapes.
“Without doubt, Kyrgyzstan is the most spectacular place we have been to. Snow capped mountains, crystal blue lakes and thriving wildlife – pretty impressive for somewhere we have never heard of!
We all wish them safe passage and have our fingers crossed that their trusty car will return home in one piece. We’re honoured to have the Wrongolians represent Diversity Travel in such style on the road:
