The clue is in our name. We celebrate diversity!
We’re not just talking about our portfolio of travel options for charity, academic or not-for-profit travellers, but in the diversity of our team. Gender, sexuality, disabilities, age, religious beliefs and ethnic origins simply don’t factor into our hiring process. We believe that everyone deserves to feel respected. No-one should have to hide what it is that makes them human!
It should then come as no surprise that we we’re overjoyed when we caught wind of the launch of TTG’s new Diversity Charter. The TTG Diversity Charter is a pledge for the travel industry to create inclusive environments for employees of all walks of life. We couldn’t put our name down on it quick enough!

It will be interesting to see the effect this inclusivity-focused charter has on the travel sector. There is no doubt still work to be done.
