We have hired and trained a number of new starters over the holiday period, bringing each existing Reservations Team up to full capacity whilst allowing us to create a brand new team who will go by the name “Oak”. This will ensure our high standards are continuously met and enable us to meet client demand for speedy response times.
As Diversity Travel expands, we believe there should be no compromise in the quality of our customer service. We are always looking to identify areas of improvement and listen to customer feedback with consideration. The resolution of any arising issues is all part of improving the company as a whole while keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do as a Travel Management Company.
The quieter holiday period has allowed us to focus on welcoming our new staff into the Diversity Travel family, providing them with the relevant training to prepare them for the New Year. We are confident that the growth of our experienced team will go a long way in maintaining peace of mind for our clients and travellers, with a dedicated team member only a click or a call away.
