Organisations are legally obliged to provide duty of care for their travellers and it is fast becoming the top priority for many employers across the world. The occurrence of natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, and more is an ever-present risk which we all face when travelling across countries. However, the recent increase in terror attacks is a further reason for employers to ensure they mitigate risk to travellers. With this in mind, Diversity Travel are here to provide potentially life-saving duty of care procedures, including:

- Leading traveller tracking software – PinPoint – allows our team and our clients to locate travellers wherever they are in the world, with a clear colour-coding system to highlight the level of risk at different destinations across the world

Visa and Passport services
Diversity Travel’s Visa and Passport team are committed to taking the stress out of travel applications. During the booking process, you will be alerted if the country in question requires travellers to have a visa; from there, our Visa team will support your application from the outset, providing the relevant documentation and checking that all the necessary information has been completed in the correct format. Once everything is in order, our in-house couriers personally visit the relevant embassies with the application, saving you the hassle of waiting until everything has been verified. All documents are then dispatched back to you securely and quickly, so that you can get on with your travel plans without worrying about a thing. In addition, we also help travellers obtain a second passport. This is useful for frequent flyers who need to travel while applying for visas elsewhere. Embassies may hold passports until a visa has been issued, so having a second passport allows these individuals to continue travelling during this time.
Online booking tools
We recognise that an increasing number of bookers would rather make their own travel arrangements online. While our travel consultants are always here to provide support when needed, our suite of innovative booking tools allows you to take the more independent route if desired, still allowing you access to Diversity Travel’s specialist fares. Not only this, our tools are designed to increase compliance by highlighting options which are outside of your organisation’s policy.
