We’re thrilled to announce that the results of our Annual Client Survey 2020 are now live!
This year, almost 2,000 Charity, Academic and Not-for-profit professionals completed our survey, providing us with an insightful look into current travel-related trends and practices.
The survey covered a multitude of different topics in order to gain an in-depth view into various aspects of travel, from travel policy adherence to duty of care concerns. Participants ranged from HR Managers to Procurement Professionals – all of whom book travel for themselves and/or on behalf of other travellers.
We’ve compiled the results to provide a comprehensive overview of each sector’s priorities, practices, attitudes and concerns regarding business travel in 2020.
