Here at Diversity Travel, we’ve worked hard to keep our customers at the heart of everything that we do, ensuring our travellers and clients are supported with great service from teams across our business. We successfully deployed our business continuity plan, allowing for 100% home working and keeping our people safe; we cross-trained staff to assist in critical areas and supported our clients in returning travellers home, often through complex-routed itineraries.
