Charity Spotlight: Christian Aid - 80 Years of Faith in Action

This May, we are proud to support Christian Aid as they celebrate 80 years of unwavering commitment to combating poverty and injustice worldwide. Over the decades, Christian Aid has transformed lives by empowering communities to overcome challenges such as hunger, climate change, and conflict.
To mark this significant milestone, we are participating in their ‘Move 70k in May’ challenge. The initiative encourages individuals and groups to travel a total of 70 kilometres throughout the month of May, in any way they choose - be it walking, running, cycling, or even swimming. This challenge not only promotes physical activity but also raises vital funds for communities facing the brunt of climate change and poverty.
Our Christian Aid Account manager, Caroline Hughes, is actively participating in the 'Move 70k in May' campaign. Caroline's involvement underscores our collective commitment to supporting their mission and making a tangible impact on the lives of those in need.
Funds raised through this challenge will directly support initiatives that provide essential training and resources to farmers in regions like Guatemala. These communities are grappling with the devastating effects of climate change, and your support can help equip them with the tools and knowledge to build a sustainable future.

Together, we can continue the legacy of faith in action and work towards a world free from poverty and injustice.
