RwandAir has announced plans to switch its Kigali-London service to Heathrow when it resumes next month.

Flights will resume to London on 3rd October, but RwandAir has taken the decision to switch the service to Heathrow airport “to benefit from important feeder traffic”.

The route will initially operate twice weekly using an A330 aircraft, before increasing to three flights per week from 25th October.

Please note: a negative PCR test will be required, taken within 120 hours of departure, to travel to Rwanda. If you are connecting at Kigali, so long as you stay airside and your connection is less than 11 hours, then there is no requirement to take a further test.
