UN peacekeepers killed in attack on Monusco troops

TRAVEL ALERT

At least 14 U.N. peacekeepers and five Congolese soldiers have been killed in an attack on a United Nations base in eastern Congo, with a further 53 wounded.

The mission, known as Monsusco, was coordinating a joint response with the Congolese army. Click here for further information.
