Our out of hours service is operated only by Diversity Travel consultants 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When you call, you will speak to a consultant with the experience, knowledge and autonomy to make a decision, ensuring s swift solution there and then.
How we do it
We will provide you with a dedicated Reservations team during our core opening hours.
Outside of these hours, your usual number will take you through to our out-of-hours team, who can assist you in the same way and with the same knowledge and experience as your dedicated team.
When crisis strikes, Diversity Travel immediately carries out a search for affected passengers. We contact our clients within two hours with full details of any personnel in the affected area and, where evacuation is required, our teams work around the clock, staying in constant contact with travelers until they are home.
